		<description>Yes. Twitter should purge some users, especially the spammers, if they don&#039;t already.  I just don&#039;t like the idea of having to log in every so often to keep my account active, particularly if I have to go to twitter.com and can&#039;t do it from a 3rd party twitter program.  

For managing multiple twitter accounts, try programs like Tweetdeck or digsby.  If you don&#039;t downloading anything try Peoplebrowsr.  There are a bunch out there that have many of the features you crave.

Overall I think they are growing so fast they have a hard enough time scaling that there are not enough resources for adding new features.  This could also be why there are so many thriving twitter programs.</description>
